About the department
Global Medical Affairs is a part of R&D in Novo Nordisk, responsible for developing strategy and processes for Medical Affairs and drive engagement planning and medical education for Key Opinion Leaders & Health Care Professionals. In Global Medical Affairs, we collaborate with key affiliates and stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement of the way(s) we engage the scientific community in dialogue. The position
As our new Global Project Manager you will become the overall responsible of our Key Opinion Leader engagement principles. This includes driving the implementation and further development of the existing processes and tools, as well as ensuring alignment and communication throughout the organisation. You will also be responsible for the project management and execution of some of our key scientific dialogue meetings across Diabetes, Obesity, and Cardiovascular Diseases. In addition, you will be managing project budgets and ensure a structured overview. You will work in close collaboration with the Medical teams, our top affiliates, and the Regions and therefore, you should thrive on coordinating between and engaging with a variety of key stakeholders.

Qualifications
We are looking for a Global Project Manager who is passionate about project management and communication. You have a Master’s degree in business, communication, science or other related fields. In addition, you have at least 2-4 years of relevant experience with cross-functional global project management within the pharmaceutical industry. Experience in working with KOL engagement is a great asset, as is senior stakeholder management. You are fluent in both oral and written English, you are able to manage several projects at the same time and take a methodical approach to your work and tasks, while demonstrating flexibility when priorities change.

As a person, you bring a can-do attitude and a healthy sense of humour to your work even when the pressure is on. You are structured and systematic and thrive on making independent decisions and prioritisations.

You have excellent interpersonal skills and a professional and personal impact that is reflected in your desire to take initiative and responsibility for your projects while being a strong diplomat.
