About the department Sales & Marketing Excellence is part of Marketing, Medical Affairs and Stakeholder Engagement Executive Office. Beyond sales and marketing excellence the department is responsible for the secretariat of the Product Management Committee (PMComm). PMComm is chaired by the EVP of Operations and governs Device R&D projects, life cycle management of launched brands, product maintenance and tactical local production. The job You will become part of the PMComm secretariat supporting the PMComm secretary. You will be responsible for day to day interactions with PMComm projects across functions ensuring high quality deliverables to PMComm. You will be responsible for management of the Biosimilar Commercial Group and the Discontinuation Steering Group. Qualifications You hold a relevant academic degree at master level. You have at least 5 years of experience in at least two of the areas Marketing & Medical Affairs, Product Supply and R&D in the pharmaceutical industry. You have strong project and stakeholder management skills, strong communication skills and a high level of proficiency with PowerPoint. You are independent, proactive, flexible and business-minded, with the ability to stay focused and positive when working under pressure. Proficiency in oral and written English is essential.
