About the department The Degludec Project Office is a department within Marketing, Medical Affairs & Stakeholder Engagement (MMASE) organisation. The team is part of the Degludec Portfolio area and consists of 4 people. The job As Global Project Manager, you will be engaged in a number of tasks within project management, financial planning and launch coordination. Furthermore, you will work cross-functionally with a wide array of areas including Brand Teams, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Launch Office, Global Development and Finance. You will also work closely with colleagues in affiliates and regional offices. Your main responsibility includes being our point of contact to the newly established Global Launch Office, provide project management support to the Degludec Project Vice President, and drive financial management across the Degludec portfolio area. Qualifications To master the job as Global Project Manager within Degludec Project Office you should have proven project management experience with excellent analytical skills and a flair for stakeholder management. Concrete affiliate commercial experience is also an advantage. You hold a Masters’ Degree in business, economics, or related field with excellent results and at least 5 years of experience in a Project Management role or similar. You enjoy working in cross-functional teams with many stakeholders. You are proactive, have a high level of drive, are enterprising and result-oriented. You are also comfortable working both as part of a team and independently with responsibility for your own tasks. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English are required.
