- Project Management - Denmark - Søborg We are recruiting for a position as Global Project Manager in the Strategic Operations, Global Medical Affairs team (Søborg, Denmark). In Strategic Operations, we develop strategy and processes for Medical Affairs and drive engagement planning and medical education for Key Opinion Leaders & Health Care Professionals. Moreover, we collaborate with key affiliates and stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement of the Medical Affairs function globally and strive for excellence in all we do. The Job As a Global Project Manager you will have the overall responsibility of our Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement principles. You will drive implementation and further development of the existing processes and tools, as well as ensure alignment and communication throughout the organisation. You will also be responsible for securing alignment between Medical Affairs and Market Access on a number of deliverables. You will run our Scientific Update Meetings at major international congresses across Diabetes and Obesity. You will work in close collaboration with the Medical teams, our top affiliates, Regions and Market Access. Qualifications We are looking for a Global Project Manager who is passionate about project management and communication. You have a Master’s degree in business, communication, or other related fields. In addition, you have at least 4 years of relevant experience with cross-functional global project management within the pharmaceutical industry. Experience in working with KOL engagement is a great asset, as is senior stakeholder management. You are fluent in both oral and written English, you are able to manage several projects at the same time and take a methodical approach to your work and tasks, but demonstrate flexibility when priorities change. In addition, you bring a can-do attitude and a healthy sense of humour to your work – even when the pressure is on. Finally, you have excellent interpersonal skills and a professional and personal impact that is reflected in your desire to take initiative and responsibility for your projects.
