Key Responsibilities • Designing and implementing global projects and initiatives in the recruitment organisation, working as a project manager and ensuring their successful delivery • Providing functional expertise and advice to the global recruitment community through knowledge sharing and collaboration with community members • Designing and delivering relevant training and capability sessions to the recruitment community • Drive the development and implementation of global talent attraction activities, to support the growth plans of Maersk Oil, ensuring alignment with the employer branding strategy • In collaboration with the BU Heads of Recruitment, proactively establish and manage external talent pooling projects for business critical positions and talent segments • Collect, prepare and deliver market intelligence reports and talent pool updates for the senior HR team and global recruitment community • Manage our external recruitment agency partnerships • Coordinate university relations and employer branding activities for the MITAS program • Work with our HR Strategic Analytics team to help us understand how we can better use reporting to highlight resourcing/recruitment activities, trends, and KPIs Who we are looking for First and foremost, you are passionate about the impact that an in-house recruitment function can have on the business, through supporting our leaders to make good hiring decisions. You are a functional recruitment expert (experience gained from another in-house function or search firm) with a strong point of view on what good looks like, and enjoy sharing your knowledge and best practice with others. You have a proven track record of recruiting across the board from graduate to experienced hires. You will have a deep level of knowledge of how a business operates, coupled with excellent collaboration and communication skills enabling you to interact with people at all levels and across different cultures. You will have a proven track record of designing & implementing change projects and the ability to manage multiple work processes.
