Use your project management abilities as well as your graphic and digital know-how to deliver excellent global resource planning. This is a wonderful opportunity to work with high level global resource planning, spanning borders where you will gain a large network in a renowned toy Company Manage resources and allocate assignments Your primary responsibility is to manage the resources and serve as a link between project managers and approximately 100 + globally located creatives/art directors. Here, you ensure bookings in a global setup, which utilises creative resources in the best possible way between our internal Customer Marketing Agency and Shopper Marketing Agency. As such, you play a key role in managing graphic assignments in the most optimal way by: Participating in the weekly planner meetings to allocate incoming assignments Ensuring that graphic projects are solved in the best possible way, so the department runs as smoothly as possible and we ensure on time delivery Securing that we use our resources optimally across customer teams and hubs Conducting informal leadership when priorities change and you need to move resources between projects Maintaining a close dialogue with the project managers in terms of budget, employees and time Everyday creativity You will be part of a creative muscle that helps realise our mission of unfolding children's natural curiosity and desire to explore, learn and play. In this position, you will use your graphic knowledge in the resource planning process from the initial planning stage to final artwork - both in print and digitally. In order to do this, you must have graphic design understanding - either through studies, or perhaps you have managed graphic design resources in a commercial agency - both in print and digital form.
