We are looking for a new colleague in our Global Oral Semaglutide Patient Access team. More specifically we are in search of a new colleague for the position as Global HEOR Lead working with one of the most innovative products in Novo Nordisk history. Our team works with Oral Semaglutide which is a breakthrough innovation in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes. 

 

About the department

Patient Access is crucial to the commercial success of products in the pharmaceutical industry. This is your opportunity to join an international, high performing launch team in Søborg, Denmark, working with one of the most innovative products in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.  

 

The position

The position requires someone who can bring innovation and breakthrough thinking to our Patient Access team for Oral Semaglutide. The demand for high quality, robust health economic analyses of clinical data has never been higher, and the burden of proof has never been greater. Increasingly, payers set the bar high for new innovations and what it takes to gain formulary access. You will get the opportunity to join an international and high performing team in Copenhagen, Denmark responsible for generating HEOR evidence for one of Novo Nordisk’s most innovative products. The evidence we generate is published in peer reviewed publications, presented at scientific meetings and communicated globally in support of patient access. 

You will generate data-driven evidence and important insights focused on clinical and economic benefits which drive business understanding and support market access, both regionally and locally. 

 

Qualifications

In your new role you will have a high degree of commercial impact, with an expectation of developing evidence that will drive business decisions. In order to accomplish this, it is likely that you have at least a Master’s degree in a relevant scientific field within health economics or outcomes research. This should be complemented by proven success with health economic modelling and analysis of health outcomes data; along with a solid understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods and data analysis. Your experiences should preferably be combined with clinical understanding. Finally, you ideally combine payer or provider interaction experience with a fluency in both written and spoken English and an outgoing, collaborative and commercial mind-set, strong project management skills, and an enjoyment of working in cross-functional teams.  

Some travel to key affiliates will be expected.
