Do you want to work with S&OP and at the same time play a key role in establishing a more market driven Supply Chain? Can you translate customer behavior and business needs in to a holistic approach on driving E2E Supply Chain? Then this might be the job, you are looking for!

You will be focusing on driving an agenda heavily built upon flexibility and agility, and at the same time keeping your inventory stream-lined. Note that we are in the process of integrating ANA planning tools with SAP which you will gain insight to and be working in.

You will be a part of Global Logistics as an S&OP Manager within Danfoss Residential Heating. The team is high performing, but at the same time, we are on a change journey implementing SIOP process for Danfoss Heating segment. Current focuses include: Implementing SIOP process, develop the process and testing our ANA planning tools. This will leverage the way we interact with Sales, Finance & Marketing, optimizing planning across our product lines. As this role in Danfoss Heating is brand new it will also give you the possibility of bringing ideas and development to the table.

Professional profile

  • Master degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or similar with strong industrial background
  • 3-6 years of experience in manufacturing/Supply Chain/Logistics in global operating company

  • Indirect leadership ex. Project management
  • System knowledge in SAP and SAP BW
  • IT skills: MS Office, Excel and PPT
  • Advanced English skills
