Danfoss Business System (DBS) is looking for a Global Supply-chain Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will identify, extract, organize, and analyze data to provide fact-driven insights of where and how we may improve in our ways of operating.

For our delivery excellence journey, DBS is taking the lead across Danfoss to drive and support our businesses towards delivery excellence.
Background and skills
To be considered for this position, you hold a strong track-record in regard to practical work experience from Sales, Procurement, Logistics, S&OP, Supply-chain, Fulfilment, or other relevant professional experience in relation to the manufacturing industry. A degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, business or similar is required and you have in-depth insights and understanding of processes related to Order-to-Delivery and skills in data extraction from information systems (e.g. SAP, BI, SalesForce).
Responsibilities and key tasks:
- Mapping of delivery channels and provide fact-based insights
- Provide inputs for improvement options and support execution of improvement plans
- Establish and maintain delivery performance systems (tools, processes, people)
- Execute Performance Management follow-up
- Contribute to developing and maintaining global standards; to enable industrialization
- Communicate and present data-driven insights
- Contribute to improvement plans, execution, and follow-up
- Develop, maintain and operate global delivery performance systems, incl. Performance Indicators.
You are proactive with a strong drive and a can-do attitude while you also work structured and fact-based to solve any given problem.
