Do you excel within a support function and do you possess strong administrative skills? Do you take pride in high customer satisfaction running effective course administration? Then you could be our new Global Training Coordinator at our CF-H Talent Management team. Here we mainly support the learning and development area but also support talent development, performance management and our postgraduate program with administrative assistance, projects, logistics and reporting. You will report to the Senior Director Talent Management. Smooth and professional coordination As coordinator you are responsible for the management of our training data entries and reporting where your primary focus is to support Danfoss’ Talent Management Programme. Your key tasks will be to: •Prepare training material, reporting and co-ordinate information from many sources •Provide logistical support for multiple programs and be the central point of contact •Support the team with travel and meetings arrangements As we are an international organisation, you can look forward to limited travel activity in connection with this role. A strong administrative and communicative profile You have experience from a position that requires high coordination and cooperation skills, ability to stay cool under pressure whilst demonstrating great attention to detail. You have a structured and creative mind combined with a drive to complete tasks to the best of your ability. As such you are known for your ability to work on detailed systematic tasks and at the same time keep your sense of perspective. You are a strong communicator who is able and willing to navigate a diverse global work environment. You are fluent in written and spoken Danish and English. With your positive energy, persistence and drive for performance you thrive on providing that extra service to secure a successful outcome. Last but not least you are an experienced user of MS office and preferably Adobe or similar software.
