At Siteimprove we are on an exciting growth journey and the increasing complexity of our product offerings calls for new ways of training and educating our Global Sales and Customer Success departments.

As our Global Training & Education Manager, you will own the area of sales and product value training and enable scalable learning solutions across our global offices and to our partners. You will take the lead in partnering up with our senior management and other subject matter experts to assess and address the internal learning needs and design impactful learning solutions and materials.

With your expertise and insights on the subject matter, we want you to tackle this challenge and take the lead in the design and global implementation of a new internal education and training program for our Sales and Customer Success departments.

What you’ll be doing

• Owning and building a new product training and education program working with key stakeholders in upper management, product development and sales - defining training requirements, identifying gaps and pain-points and translate these into new learning initiatives.

• Leading the implementation of the product training and education program by handling the communicating with all relevant stakeholders and internal subject matter experts and provide clear timelines and expectations throughout the project implementation.

• Maintaining and managing the product training and education program covering everything from onboarding to continued education initiatives, product release training, product certifications and localization (when needed).

• Gathering and analyzing data to critically evaluate and improve the program, assess global impact, and recommend solutions.

• Building an organization around you to support the global learning and development activities.

You will be working out of our headquarters in Copenhagen but can expect to travel on a regular basis to our other offices.

Who you are

You’re an independent self-starter with strong operational skills who can build working relationships across key stakeholder groups and who is confident in owning a large project in a fast paced and global organization.

You also base your projects and programs on insights and data obtained from analyzing the organization and adapt the learning methods and materials as we grow.

Ideally, you’re curious by nature with a will to dive deep to understand both the services and the learning needs within the organization.

What skills and experience you bring 

• 3 to 5 year of experience managing, designing and delivering professional training programs.

• Extensive knowledge and experience in corporate professional training methodologies.

• A strong analytical mindset while also being able to execute on short terms delivery requirements.

• Experience working with remote teams worldwide and manage multiple global internal stakeholders.

• Relevant educational background with a Master in e.g. Business Administration and Psychology or Business Administration and Organization.

• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.
