The GLP QA group, located in Global Quality Management in Bagsværd, consists of three GLP auditors responsible for the identification, interpretation and communication of GLP requirements. You will, together with the 2 other team members, perform study and facility audits for internal Novozymes GLP activities. You will also provide GLP support to internal analysis laboratories and in vitro toxicology laboratories, perform GLP training and occasional audits of domestic/foreign Contract Research Organizations’. The work in the GLP QA group is based on cooperation and open constructive dialog with the internal QC laboratories and department of Toxicology & Product Safety with exchange of experience between auditors in the team. As the department of QA is part of the Global Quality Management area, you will also be supporting continuous improvement projects and cross-functional quality initiatives. You will be lifting all these tasks working with colleagues on all levels and in all geographies throughout the organization, and you must be able to lead and influence others, even when a direct reporting relationship does not exist. In this position you need to: Have a Master’s degree in food science, chemistry, engineering, veterinary medicine or similar Possess a proactive and pragmatic approach in a global context; be robust and thrive in a dynamic working environment with multiple priorities.
