For our Outbound Logistics department, we are looking for a Governance Manager to support the execution of the outbound logistics strategy. In this role you will have a key function ensuring the development and implementation of the strategy itself and management of projects that support the realization of strategic goals. You will also be responsible for the division-wide governance of the dispatch process (PM400/DELIVER) and the continous development of the logistics related IT landscape. What are my responsibilities? · Ensure that the Wind Power process is in compliance with ISO9000, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and other legal requirements and define requirements for related process implementation according to business improvement opportunities · Develop and maintain logistics related IT landscape by monitoring IT demands and highlight possible benefits if market units realized a certain business need jointly · Manage projects related to IT landscape (e.g. Transport Management System (at) Siemens) · Define targets via process KPI’s; monitor, measure and continuously update / improve the process portfolio according to standards · Review the performance of the processes on a regular basis and communicate process adherence to relevant stakeholders · Conduct/participate in lessons learned sessions in terms of logistics best practices and following proactively share knowledge within the relevant organizations · Ensure information flow on IT requests between market units and represent IT requests on behalf of the business in the relevant IT demand boards · Act as Wind Power Division representative for topics related to the dispatch process towards the Business Process Steering Groups and other relevant institutions What do I need to qualify for this job? · You are experienced in process management and management of related legal standards (for example ISO or OHSAS) · Experienced and skilled in documenting and presenting results to management as well as key internal stakeholders · You have a technical knowledge of logistics related IT tools (SAP, KANLOG, AXiT, Field ID, QSyS) · You are a strong project manager who navigates confidently in a large organization while prioritizing a large number of tasks · As a person we therefore expect you to be structured, independent, and methodical · You possess excellent English skills, both orally and in writing. In this role you should expect up to 30% of travelling. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
