The MHI Vestas Graduate Program
During the graduate period, an 18 months rotation, you will be involved in all technical aspects of our advanced turbines - from manufacturing to installation and operation.
The objective of the Graduate program is to give you the best training possible in order to prepare you for the technically complex task it is to support our Operation department on all technical issues. You will be working offshore in order to capture knowledge from Production, Post-Manufacturing, Pre-assembly, Installation and Service and most of the time you will be working abroad on a 14-days rotation.
Tasks & responsibilities: You will...
...work closely with dedicated and experienced colleagues, where you will trouble-shoot and support on construction, commissioning and service sites to secure high-level WTG performance. Through the graduate program, you will gain knowledge of the WTG-fleet on a general technical level. You will be working in a motivating technical environment and become responsible for identifying, driving and resolving all technical issues we face on turbines in operation.
Your tasks will include:
- Trouble-shooting on-site
- Participate in technical meetings with colleagues from other departments and external suppliers
- Documenting work and perform task-management on various technology tasks
- Occasional back-office work with WTG Specialists
