For our Onshore - Customer Order Engineering (United Kingdom, North Europe and APAC) department we are looking for a Grid Engineer to join our team based in Ikast. As a Grid Engineer, you will be a main technical interface in relation to onshore projects during the sales and project execution phases, and you will be responsible for specific engineering tasks during the execution phase. In this position, you can expect travel activities up to 10-50 days. What are my responsibilities? · Conducting Grid Code analysis. · Development/maintenance of Grid requirements test applications. · Park Pilot project support. · Grid Code Compliance field tests on onshore projects including reporting. · Technical support to project and sales teams. · SCADA control system design, configuration and operation. What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have a strong technical background and minimum a Bachelor’s degree in electrical power engineering and automation. · Preferably, combined with experience from the wind turbine business, grid developer/grid operator industries and/or SCADA/automation industries. · As a person, you are self-driven, extrovert, analytical and able to create and maintain an overview of complex tasks. · At the same time, you are good at networking, and you possess excellent communication skills in English. · You are motivated by working in a strong technical and customer oriented environment. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
