As a Group Financial Controller you will join Vestas’ global Finance organization. Global Finance is responsible for all finance activities in Vestas and as such supports all other business units in the company, worldwide, with everything from transactional finance to external reporting. You will be part of Manufacturing Performance. The department supports the Global Manufacturing organization, securing performance measurement on all levels in the supply chain. Responsibilities: As a Group Business Controller your responsibilities and tasks will be: Support in driving performance tracking of main strategic manufacturing initiatives and reports to Manufacturing Management Drive and maintain analysis and reporting tools for the Manufacturing units Follow-up on strategic and operational manufacturing KPIs Capacity and cost follow-up Support Budget and RFC process in Manufacturing Business cases and Investments Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess the following: Financial and/or commercial degree (B.Sc., M.Sc., cand.merc. or equivalent) Experience from similar function preferable Solid understanding of the manufacturing and finance processes Competencies: Strong analytical skills A commercial mindset combined with excellent communication and cooperation skills Good execution skills Ability to maintain overview, focus on the essential and stay calm under pressure Additional information Primary work location can be Aarhus, Lem or Copenhagen (DK) Experience the forces of wind As one of the world leaders in wind power solutions with wind turbine installations in over 65 countries and more than 20.000 employees globally, Vestas looks to accelerate innovation through the development of our employees' skills and talents.
