Would you like to play a key role in Financial Planning, working across the entire Grundfos organisation and gaining valuable knowledge about Grundfos Group? Then join Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), more specifically our team for Financial Planning, consisting of 5 dedicated colleagues. We have stakeholders in the entire organisation – from Group Management to the individual entities globally, and work closely with them to give an indication of the financial future of Grundfos. You refer to Manager, Jesper Berg Folke. ”You become part of a team where we work really well together. There is room for fun but the tone is also very focused on the tasks at hand as they vary and require our flexibility,” explains Jesper. What is the job about? Your focus will be on consolidation and reporting of financial forecast, budget etc. with high quality in data and analysis in order to provide business insights for the entire Grundfos organisation. Moreover, you carry out validation to ensure data quality in Financial Planning, and you will be involved in the overall target setting process. You also drive projects related to Financial Planning, covering process and system optimisation, reporting etc. to ensure our planning processes are efficient and add value to the Group. Another important part of your job is to prepare presentations to Group Management and our Board of Directors. You also conduct ad hoc analyses and what-if analyses to support Group Management. “Your challenge will be to understand the complexity of the Grundfos Group – to see the business perspective in the numbers and be able to explain analyses and recommendations. Being able to do so will allow you to provide a continuous indication of the financial direction of Grundfos,” says Jesper. What do you need to apply? You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting combined with experience in financial reporting and consolidation from an international group or audit firm. Furthermore, you are an experienced user of Excel and PowerPoint, have a flair for and interest in IT, and it is an advantage if you have experience in SAP. You speak and write English fluently. “On a personal level, you possess strong analytical skills combined with ambitions and a high drive. You can work in detail while not losing the general overview and you do your outmost to deliver high quality on time. You also have a solid business understanding and are able to see through the numbers and connect the dots to provide business savvy analyses. And finally, being outgoing, you are able to communicate complex financial issues to non-finance colleagues and build up a strong network in the organisation,” finishes Jesper.
