Welcome to a global financial unit
You will join our Group Financial Reporting & Controlling department, which is in charge of the financial controlling for all GN entities. As such, we interact with a wide range of stakeholders and communicate with colleagues across various group functions. This means that you – as part of our team – will get to know every aspect of the GN organization and through this play your role in the GN endeavor to ensure great sound and make a difference for the hearing impaired.

Take charge of controlling assignments
As a group financial controller, you get to take a business-oriented approach to your tasks as you carry out a wide range of controlling assignments. Being responsible for several subsidiaries, you carry out the monthly controlling for these entities just as you will conduct controller visits. In other words, your time is spent analyzing financial information and providing professional advice and recommendations in all financial reporting aspects as you:

• Perform financial controlling 
• Deliver key inputs and analyses for internal/external reporting and decision-making purposes and make recommendations to senior management based on your analyses
• Manage and maintain the organization's controlling, accounting and financial reporting processes 
• Participate in the group closing process and understand the flow from entity reporting to consolidated reporting
• Drive the continuous optimization of processes – specifically in connection with month-end closings 
• Lead/participate in cross-functional projects or initiatives

Experience with financial analysis and strong analytical skills
Navigating in a global setting, you possess the ability to communicate and know how to interact with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels and across various functions. You are the first to take initiative, offer your opinion and present new ideas based on your analytical mindset and great financial understanding. Moreover, you have an eye for quality, and you: 

• Hold a master’s degree in finance, preferably within business administration & auditing, finance, accounting or similar
• Have 3-4 years of experience, preferably from an international auditing firm and/or from a large international company
• Have a flair for IT systems and applications, and experience with AX, Navision and SAP BPC is an advantage
• Speak and write English at a high level 
• Are willing to travel 20-30 days annually to our global subsidiaries
• Have IFRS knowledge though you do not need to be a specialist
