Grundfos is looking for seven talented graduates with prosperous career perspectives for the Grundfos Graduate Programme. As a Graduate you take control of your own career. You tailor the programme to meet your personal requirements and ambitions. We focus on utilizing your potential through regular evaluation and coaching, and you will have a mentor to support your professional development and organizational understanding. We will also offer you the training and courses needed to meet your goals. In addition, you and the other graduates in Grundfos will meet regularly and exchange experiences: “The Graduate Programme is like being part of a small family within the big Grundfos family” – Jesper Kjær Jensen, Graduate. We offer a 2-year contract and a competitive salary. After the two years we will help you find a permanent position in your preferred part of Grundfos. Hvad drejer jobbet sig om? A typical programme consists of four projects in four different departments. These projects constitute the building blocks of the programme, and they are your way of accelerating competence growth: “There is a steep learning curve and you get to work on important projects with a lot of stakeholders” – Louise Ørum Johansen, Graduate. Each of the four projects lasts 6 months and at least one project should be located outside Denmark. In this way you get the opportunity to experience different disciplines, develop a global network and improve your cultural and language skills. You get great opportunities to challenge yourself within different areas e.g. Product Development, Operational Excellence, Sustainability, Research, Supply Chain Management, Sales, Business Development and other areas. Hvad skal der til for at ansøge? You can apply if you are about to or have recently graduated with a master or bachelor degree within finance, engineering or general business. Moreover you must present a solid academic record. Lastly it is an advantage if you have relevant work experience, international experience or have participated in extra-curricular activities. Being a graduate requires the ability to take initiatives, collaborate with others and stepping outside your comfort zone. We ask you to present to us the most significant challenge or learning opportunity, you have ever given yourself. Therefore don’t write us a traditional cover letter - instead tell us about a challenge, big or small, that has had an impact on your life.
