Requirements: • Bachelor/Master University degree in Telecommunication , Electrical/Electronic or computer Engineering • Proficient knowledge of mobile communications and principles of GSM&UMST products, signaling flow and protocols, electromagnetic theory, radio transmission, antenna system etc. • Comprehensive understanding of Radio frequency channel environment and their key parameters calibration for various frequencies • Good knowledge at Mobile system topology and system parameters of GSM&UMST technologies • Planning and optimization work experience on GSM/UMTS • Fluent in English is mandatory, ability to speak Danish is preferred • Experience in Multi-Vendor (Ericsson) radio network • Experience in GSM Refarming Project is an advantage • Temporary position for one year Responsibilities: • Evaluate Mobile Network and provide the frequency re-plan and traffic immigration plan due to GSM refarming • Evaluate Mobile Network and provide buffer zone plan due to GSM refarming • Interference analysis for GSM and GSM&UMST • Monitor and optimize GSM&UMST • Network KPI’s to achieve target value. Such as Drop call rate, Call setup success rate etc. • Analyze drive test result and solve the network problems • Analyze system features and parameters to optimize the GSM&UMST network performance KPI’s • Provide optimization solutions and suggestions to improve the network quality.
