Head of Analytics Management profile with a passion for data, machine learning and digital development 

A job that spans leadership, product development and customer interaction IIH Nordic traditionally has been the front-runner within the analytics industry in regards to digital development.  

Thus, as IIH's Head of Analytics - and in collaboration with your team and IIH Nordic's founder and CEO - your most important task will be to lead a seminal but controlled shift in the product strategy, from the now mainly project-based services to a machine learning-based and replicable product portfolio.  

Another exciting facet of the job is the consultative and commercial aspect. Here you work closely with IIH's commercial management, you participate in customer meetings based on leads from the commercial team, advise customers and present proposals and offers. 

At the operational level you are responsible for project prioritization -budgeting and resource planning, as well as being directly responsible for specific projects.  

Related to this, you become the leader of a passionate and highly competent ten-person analytics team - including Google Development Experts and machine-learning specialists - together with whom you develop and implement new, replicable services and concepts.  

The team is internationally composed, and an important part of your job is to motivate and further develop the team through transparency with regard to the product strategy, professional sparring and utilization of the team's high professional level and creative abilities.  

You will become a member of the management team and you will report to the CEO  

Leadership • Passion for machine learning • Customer orientation 

You represent a proven background within the analytics field of successful leadership and project management as well as thorough experience within the analytics main tools, i.e. Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.  

You are passionate about machine learning, digital development and data, especially about data engineering, BI and web analytics.  

You have the competencies and experience within machine learning, that enables you to realize IIH’s strategic goal of moving towards the creation of replicable solutions and services, e.g. auto generation of segments and thus becoming a software house.  

On the commercial side, you feel at home meeting national and international customers alongside your CCO, discussing and clarifying the needs of the customer and presenting high quality solutions.  

As an experienced leader within the analytics area, you have the ability to gather and motivate a team of seasoned, high-value, original thinkers in a company culture of strong human values, where the emphasis is on the well-being of the individual, trust, helpfulness and curiosity.  

You have a theoretical background at Masters level and you speak and write English at business level.
