For the Global Maritime & Aviation Solutions (MAS) team in Service Wind Power we are looking for a Head of Implementation & Asset Management to secure safe and effective operations of all Siemens contracted marine assets and ensuring customer supplied assets are safe within their operation. What are my responsibilities? As a Head of Implementation and Asset Management you will be responsible for the preparation and execution of all global maritime and aviation assets and supporting requirements within all regions ensuring activities are undertaken in accordance with Siemens and industry procedures and best practice to deliver and operate maritime and aviation solution products that are operationally capable of fulfilling Siemens obligations. I.e.: · Responsible for the asset management of all globally chartered maritime and aviation assets, ensuring that the assets meet all required KPI's and contracts as agreed · Provide marine quality assurance and feedback to the business before and during maritime and aviation assets are contracted or used by Siemens personnel · Manage, review and implement measures to maximize effective maritime and aviation operations. · Ensure the business is aware of any compliance and legislative changes from governing bodies that may affect the MAS strategy for operations · Attend local councils, renewable UK facilities groups, boat shows and other networks. Extensive travel activity must be expected for this role. What do I need to qualify for this job? · Your maritime background has provided you a deep understanding of Jack Up, DP (DSV), CTV, and helicopter operations. Moreover, your are familiar with the country-specific regulations and guidelines (e.g. RenewableUK, IMCA, IMO and SOLAS) · You have a strong leadership profile and hold a structured mindset and strategic view. You demonstrate a self-driven style of working. · You are used to handle third party (long term) relationships and discussions and in general capable of operating in a multicultural environment. · You have experience with Bimco Supply time and preferably Siemens contracts · You demonstrate good communication skills and are fluent in English - orally and in writing. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
