Head of Business Development Household Care, Global Marketing, Bagsvaerd The Business Development team in Household Care is responsible for identifying and maturing short and longer term innovation opportunities. The team works closely together with R&D, Strategic Accounts and the regional commercial teams. You will head the Business Development team consisting of 7 Business Developers located at HQ and selected regions. You will be a member of the Household Care Industry Strategy Group, co-chair the Household Care project review team and report directly into the Household Care Marketing Director. 20% travel activity must be expected. We seek an individual with great drive and ambition. A person with the right commercial mind set who can further strengthen our Business Development efforts focusing on the truly value generating opportunities, and has an extrovert personality with drive, go-getter attitude and great networking skills. In this position you need to have: A technical or commercial background (MSc) with +8 years of experience from management consulting, business development or similar A structured approach to problem solving and well established strategic thinking Extensive commercial experience and proven skills in managing innovation processes A creative mind set and experience with shaping new growth concepts and platforms Great leadership skills with the ability to handle several challenges at once while maintaining focus and a positive attitude Are you the next Zymer in our team?
