Take our moulding business to the next level In this role, you will first and foremost lead, develop and coach a newly established Business Development team of 10 specialists and project managers in the Mould Design and Manufacturing (MD&M) area. Your role is three-fold, so you also focus on optimising and developing our business as well as taking the driver seat for one of the most impactful initiatives within the Engineering and Quality area - the Moulding Platform 2015 (MP2015) programme. In particular, you will: Set clear objectives and priorities to facilitate a high-performing team with the skills to constructively challenge the business on best practice and standardisation Create a solid plan for execution and ensure buy-in from stakeholders through effective communication and stakeholder management across the organisation Develop and launch the right methods, tools and processes to advance MP2015 and eventually deliver a successful global roll-out to anchor MP2015 across all production sites Enable the execution of MD&M strategic business priorities to support the overall Must Win Battles Optimise process and performance across the MD&M business, primarily via Lean methods Create a connected community You will join a company, which builds on great values that we live by in our everyday work life. To facilitate this, you: Have at least 5 years of leadership experience, backed by 3+ years of experience working with complex project or portfolio management May have worked with sales or operations in a smaller company, where you focused on internal optimisation processes, alternatively a background from a large organisation where you have participated in setting the strategic direction Hold a degree in engineering, economics, business administration, SCM or similar Have an end-to-end business and strategic understanding, allowing you to translate complex messages into simple communication Communicate effortlessly in English, and you are ready to travel approximately 30-50 days per year Bringing it to life "Working in a business within a business, you have a unique opportunity to both spend time on the shop floor gathering input and keeping your finger on the pulse, while also impacting the strategy at a high level," says Senior Director Ivan Henrik Henriksen.
