Job Description

Danfoss is focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences by ensuring customer immediate and future needs are understood. Customer Experience requires a wide variety of skills, process and system capability. Understanding the facilitating the changes within the organization are key to the transformation happening in Danfoss.

You will report to the Head of Customer Experience – as part of the eXperience Program ensuring that all projects within the program consider and manage their impact on the organization.

You will have a track record in delivering organizational change preferably in the area of Customer Experience. You should have a mixture of strong leadership skills and consulting expertise. It is essential that you can demonstrate through experience, the ability to define, design, deliver, manage and lead change programs within a global organization to deliver best in class solutions to support the customer experience.

Responsibilities are to:

• Complete change management assessments.
• Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
• Identify and manage anticipated resistance.
• Consult and coach project teams.
• Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, stakeholder mapping, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan.
• Support and engage with senior leaders.
• Coach managers and supervisors.
• Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.
• Coordinate efforts with other specialists.
• Integrate change management activities into project plan. Evaluate and ensure user readiness.
• Manage stakeholders.
• Track and report issues.
• Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
• Support change management at the organizational level.
• Manage the change portfolio.

• A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent active listening skills.
• Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.

• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
• Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
• Change management certification or designation desired.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in leading people in a global company, mastering virtual management.
• Minimum 5-10 years leading Change Management within an organization in global environment (either B2C or B2B).
• Understanding Customer Experience and the necessity of change management to be successful.
