 High quality clinical trial processes

As Head of Clinical Process Management you will head a team counting 8-10 clinical process managers, based at LEO Pharma’s headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen. Your main objective is to drive continuous improvement of clinical investigation processes, implementation and training. Your primary tasks will be to:

• Head a team of 8-10 clinical process managers
• Deliver process optimisations that ensures compliant and efficient (cost, time) clinical investigation processes 
• Ensure delivery of state-of-the art training of all roles involved in clinical investigation processes
• Build and nurture a team culture of mutual trust, cooperation and common drive for results. 
• Coach, guide and develop your team members in a positive and inspiring way

 Experienced manager within process optimisations in Pharma R&D and with solid leadership skills

You have a life science degree like Pharmacist or similar. Further, you have a strong track record in driving process optimisations (LEAN or similar) within R&D in the pharmaceutical industry. Being familiar within clinical development will be an additional asset.

You have solid experience as people manager and you are known for your open-minded and positive leadership style. You drive for results and even though you thrive on setting the direction and taking the lead, nothing motivates you like accomplishing results by strong team work. Additionally, you have the toolbox to build, motivate and inspire high performance teams with a common drive for success. In this you take benefit from your excellent communication skills that enable you to bring your messages across in an easy understandable way, written as spoken. 
As part of a rapidly growing organisation you must also thrive in an environment of change and be able to navigate in a constructive way without having manuals and procedures for each and every process.

Clinical Process Management is one of two departments within Clinical Processes & Systems, Global Clinical Operations (R&D). Clinical Processes & Systems is responsible for supporting and driving improvements within processes and digital platforms and are a team of app. 18 colleagues.
