Head of Corporate Performance Management We are looking for a senior manager to join the department Finance Management Planning & Performance within Business Finance. The department handles target setting, financial and process planning as well as management reporting and performance management, linking corporate strategy, business strategy and financials across Novozymes. You will be responsible for managing a small team driving implementation of Corporate Performance Management in close collaboration with different stakeholders across the entire organization. You will lead implementation of corporate performance management framework and processes across functional business areas in collaboration with key stakeholders. You will also lead corporate scorecard development and cascading, while ensuring alignment with corporate and functional strategic priorities and projects. You will be responsible for developing of performance reporting to senior executive management including ad-hoc deep dives in collaboration with key stakeholders and drive collaboration and coordination with different cross-functional planning units. Finally, you will lead development of next generation executive management information system for corporate performance monitoring in SAP Business Objects and be responsible for driving communication and change management efforts required for organisational alignment. Qualifications Financial background at Master or MBA level, and strong command of the theoretical and practical aspects of strategy, financials, and performance improvement programs Background from corporate performance management, financial planning and/ or management consulting with minimum 8 years of experience and demonstrated ability to manage large scale programs Solid experience from successful design to implementation of corporate performance management from international blue chip company Experience in preparation and development of performance management reporting to senior executive management driving impact and decision making Ability to facilitate and conclude strategic and commercial discussions at VP, SVP or EVP level as sparring partner for senior decision makers Proven leadership experience from managing small team Challenges The position provides great opportunities for making an impact on Novozymes' Corporate Performance Management.
