About the department Corporate Talent Attraction is a newly established Corporate Centre of Excellence within Corporate People & Organisation. The unit sets the global agenda within talent attraction in Novo Nordisk delivering innovative concepts and tools for attracting talent to Novo Nordisk worldwide. The area is made up of 4 teams lead by people managers responsible for the departments: Employer Branding & Digital Acceleration, Talent Acquisition, Early Talent programmes and Recruitment Effectiveness. The area comprises of approx. 20 employees excluding Graduates, interns and office trainees which are also managed by Corporate Talent Attraction. The job The Head of Corporate Talent Attraction is responsible for leading the area in line with our values while driving employee engagement, performance and ensuring mental wellbeing of his/her employees. The Head of Corporate Talent Attraction sets the strategic direction globally within Employer Branding ensuring a unique and strong positioning of Novo Nordisk as a preferred global employer. This calls for innovative ways of attracting talent building on data, digital media and campaigns to ensure international exposure. Secondly, the Head of Corporate Talent Attraction is responsible for ensuring an effective and efficient recruitment process involving communication to and attraction of potential employees via online/offline communication. At the same time, offering best in class standards and tools within the different steps of the recruitment process guaranteeing professional operations incl. various ways of handling different aspects of recruitment (bulk, search and selection). Finally the Head of Corporate Talent Attraction is a member of the local and global P&O management teams within Novo Nordisk reporting to the Senior Vice President of Corporate People & Organisation. Qualifications You hold a Master’s degree in International Business, Intercultural Communication, Management or the like. You have extensive experience in leading people and driving cross-organizational/cross-cultural projects and strategy development that involves the interplay between business development, HR, communication and branding while balancing various global stakeholder needs. You have documented experience with internal and external communication and branding as well as recruitment and talent sourcing. Finally, you also have experience in leading a Centre of Excellence in a large global organisation and developing global structures for collaboration and innovative concepts that supports our business.
