In the One ERP Project, we are looking for a Head of Data Cleansing team which is part of our Data Competence Center. In this center we are responsible for creating and executing a smooth cleansing and migration process to bring the master data into the new common ERP system. Your primary responsibility as Team Leader will be to lead the Data Cleansing team of around 20 people (both internal and from our external partner), provide direction, foresee upcoming challenges and ensure a good split of tasks between onsite consultants and offshore support team. You will be working close together with the Head of the Data Competence Center, Head of Data Migration and our Data Release leads for the different releases.

Main areas of responsibility:

• Leading the team – planning, staffing, coordination, follow-up.
• Coordination with stakeholders in the central One ERP team as well as in the local sites.
• Overall planning of all activities related to Data Cleansing,
• Driving activities within Data Cleansing.
• As part of the Data Competence management team, you will be setting the overall direction for handling data in One ERP.

Some amount of travel must be expected in this position.

You:

• Have a BA or MA combined with relevant skills.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Manager.
• Have an understanding of data and the importance of good data quality.

On a more personal note, you have great and effective communication skills both verbally and in writing and can manage a wide and global group of stakeholders. Furthermore, you are great at multitasking, handling different tasks in a structured way. You are capable of taking ownership of tasks from beginning to end and leading by example.
