We are looking for a Head of Documentation within our Project Site Execution department to oversee and lead technical writing activities to ensure effective communication / publication products. What are my responsibilities? Defines and ensures implementation of processes, procedures, methods and/or tools in Technical Writing Proposes related budgets, and decides on targets, budget and resource allocation, within given limits Maintains an assessment of the organization's need for services Ensures the qualified processing of all technical writing activities Qualifies and selects external service providers, and monitors and approves work & service deliveries Manages the analysis of technical publication needs. May develop, recommend and implement technical documentation process and policy changes Manages organization unit(s) assigned, and leads and/or coordinates dedicated Supervisors, Professionals and staff. In this position, some travelling days must be expected. What do I need to qualify for this job? You hold a Master’s degree or equivalent 3-5 years work experiences in technical writing and/or project execution in the wind industry First experiences in leading people within a global setup Management experience in improvement or transformation projects As a person, you are analytic and self-driven. You have a can-do- and improvement attitude You are fluent in English, both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
