For our Supply Chain Business region we are looking for an energetic Head of Factory Order Management for our Nacelle department. As Head of Factory Order Management the mission is to lead, develop and coach the department based on the principles of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. The success is carried on the ability to connect and fulfil the strategic, tactical and operational challenges given within the scope of FOM What are my responsibilities? At Siemens we work with focus on 4 main topics and below you will find some of your tasks: SAFETY ? Embrace the Zero Harm culture through our policies, observations and proactive initiatives to ensure a safe and healthy work environment ? Responsible for FOM EHS action plan to record and take proper actions that can improve work environment ? Record the EHS related actions according to CSPD process to ensure continuous observation of Zero Harm cases ? Ensure adherence at any time to internal, global and local EHS-standards ? Enforce STOP WORK cases where unsafe work is observed or out of procedure QUALITY ? Embrace the Zero Defect culture through our policies, operations and proactive initiatives to ensure a quality driven work environment ? Support Quality defined policies and guidelines that ensure proper implementation of function specific processes, procedures, methods and/or tools ? Track the trends and potential threats in our quality areas of our Gateway performance, PM (at) SIEMENS and Engineering Change Management in accordance with our interface responsibility described in our functional charter ? Gate keep for bad quality or business critical violation in our processes and raise the flag for a possible business critical decision e.g. on Gateway violations, PDP milestone etc. DELIVERY ? Ensure on time and in good quality delivery of tasks, services and input to management, main interfaces and stakeholders listed in our functional charter COST ? Responsible for dept. CC (CAPEX/OPEX) in accordance to yearly budget and monthly forecast update ? Review 3i suggestions to ensure correct assessment and possible cost optimization ? Take action on FOM related NCC cases and drive a preventive action plan PERSONNEL ? Directly or indirectly managing all employees within the FOM department for SCM N BDK, securing employee development and satisfaction ? Host team meetings that create a forum for general information, team actions, hog/low lights, EHS etc. ? Coach and lead in situations where needed to overcome obstacles outside the employees’ span of authority ? Set up strategic framework and integrate the overall direction into the team for a transparent cascade of performance measures from top management ? Carry out a thorough Performance Management Process evaluation, follow-up and final assessment for each direct report ? Be a reliable and fair person to all colleagues and external partners through empathy, drive and business orientation What do I need to qualify for this job? ? You have a degree in engineering or another technical education on Bachelor’s level ? Preferably, you have relevant experience from the construction, offshore or wind industry ? You are an experienced project manager with excellent communication skills ? You are driven by goals and you understand strategic context ? As a person you have an understanding of cultural differences and you prefer working in groups ? Additionally, you possess outstanding team management skills as well as good English skills both orally and in writing and you are familiar with Microsoft Office In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
