Do you take a strong interest in data privacy, and would you like to strengthen Nets´ compliance culture?
This newly established role offers you a great opportunity to take overship in ensuring Nets’ global approach to data privacy governance by continuing the ongoing programme and activities - and thereafter continuously update and secure relevant policies that match business and strategy needs.

Together with dedicated GDPR leads and -champions in Nets, you will drive, develop and form the data privacy agenda in Nets. This role has currently no direct reports.

Working location will be in Ballerup, Denmark.

You’re expected to develop your talent and aim higher as you work to change payments. You’ll build on our proven track record of developing and delivering innovative and reliable solutions and our strengths as a Nordic leader with 50 years of experience within payment solutions.

Your key responsibilities are:

• Overall GDPR coordinating manager across all Business- & Group unit´s and our new European expansions
• Reporting/answering on GDPR compliance to Executive Committee
• Lead and manage GDPR leads (follow-up on all deliveries and tasks)
• Drive GDPR compliance to a satisfactory level across Nets Group incl. subsidiaries
• Be an ambassador and promote awareness around privacy data and GDPR

Furthermore, you´ll actively participate and contribute in internal and external audits (ISAE 3000) as well as you are to coordinate cross divisional GDPR activities - analyse and potentially scope new GDPR requirements.

Your professional qualifications include experience from a role being owner of GDPR, compliance or similar in an international regulated company. Furthermore, you bring vast experience as a leader.

The ideal candidate has a strategic mindset, analytical approach and the ability to balance between details and the holistic picture. It is natural for you to risk assess yours and others’ decisions, where you act as trusted advisor letting your “customers” know the consequences of their actions. You present yourself as having cross-functional project leadership skills, enabling you to engage and drive your teams to execution and completion. In general, you are used to operating in an environment with sense-of-urgency, a constant need for (re-)prioritizations, and continuous communication about activities and changes.
