Is working with Labour Relations in the maritime industry your thing?
In this role you will be responsible for Labour Relations in our Marine HR department which is managing a pool of more than 10.000 seafarers.
You will be overall responsible setting the strategy and ensuring compliance with CBA’s, rules and regulations regarding the employment of seafarers. Dealing on daily basis with a large number of internal and external stakeholders

Key responsibilities
• Develop strategies and standards for CBA negotiations
• Management of rewards, hereunder wage and benefits strategy
• Implement and develop strategies relating to labor relations
• Advise organization on issues relating to employment law and HR policies, ensuring the organization works under ethical standards in line with company values, UN Global compact and other CSR related commitments
• Ensure compliance with MLC2006 and other relevant legislation
• Advise on disciplinary cases, grievances and welfare issues and respond to whistle blower cases

knowledge of and experience in working with labour relations and labour laws
