As part of our growth, we are now looking to strengthen our Global Marketing department with a Head of Marketing covering the DACK, UK/Ireland and Nordics markets.

In this new role you will focus on being a great leader for the local marketing teams in DACH, Nordics & UK, and on being an inspiring marketing professional with responsibility for the marketing efforts in your region.
You align your regional marketing plans with the global marketing department at the headquarters in Copenhagen to ensure that we drive the most optimal go-to-market plan for product launches and through-the-line-campaigns that strengthen our premium brand continuously. You will also align on strategy and execution with the other heads of regional marketing to share best practices and to optimize our efforts and time to market.
Another main party of stakeholders will be our local sales management with whom you set the right market plan and ensure that your assigned local markets execute according to strategy and our commercial goals.
You will report to the VP of Global Marketing and be one four regional heads of marketing covering our global efforts. Your work location can be Denmark (Ballerup) or UK (Oxford), depending on your preference.
Your tasks will include:
- Manage & develop your local teams in DACH, Nordics & UK (currently 3 persons)
- Develop local annual marketing plans and deliverables across Trade, Channel & Brand marketing
- Overall responsible of brand marketing in the region, and channel marketing in markets without dedicated resources
- Work directly with our market partners in markets where we don’t have subsidiaries (Nordics)
- Track and evaluate our activities, create best practice for markets and provide feedback to global marketing
- Challenge the way we market ourselves to the professional enterprise market and evaluate our efforts for the best possible ROI.
Are you our new Marketing hero?
Essential for this job are your proven track record of integrated communication management, your analytical mindset with a strong focus on customer journey understanding, and your ability to set the right communication matrix that draws on the full marketing mix. Ideally, you can recognize yourself as having below skills:
- Integrated marketing specialist with proven track record of creating 360 campaigns
- Leadership experience: both formal and informal through stakeholders
- Strong strategic communication background, with focus on commercial results
- Structured and strong overview of tasks, even in a fast-paced environment
- Stakeholder management skills in international settings
- Data driven and analytical in your approach to communications
- Ability to travel approx. 30 days/yr in your region
As a person, you naturally take responsibility and get things done. English is a must, German and/or Danish a great advantage! You will certainly enjoy your job more if you have a flair for tech, sound and premium brands and can build on B2B experience and trade, channel, and brand marketing.
