For our Onshore Logistics organization we are looking for Manager to head the Equipment Development department. Equipment Development is responsible for the development of all outbound equipment in the entire PDP process to support storage, transport, installation, and service of onshore wind turbines. You will be responsible for driving a competent team of experts to develop the smartest, most efficient, and safest tools, transport and lifting equipment for our onshore wind turbines in compliance with highest technical and legal standards. Furthermore, ensuring on time delivery of equipment for transport and installation of newly introduced wind turbines and maintenance of existing equipment in alignment with product evolution. What are my responsibilities? · To manage the organization assigned, and lead all related management and staff · Budget responsibility including forecast reporting for Equipment Development · Ensure in time implementation, documentation, and supply of tested and validated equipment and tools · Ensure continuous improvement and optimization of equipment and tools · Investigate supplier market to benchmark own products What do I need to qualify for this job? · A technical educational background and hands on experience preferably within the renewable industry · Proven leadership skills, managing managers and experts total in a large international organization · Extensive project management skills with the ability to operate in a complex organization prioritizing simultaneous tasks · Ability to initiate and drive vision utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills · Fluency in English – both verbally as well as in writing.
