For our Nacelle Plant in Brande we are looking for a Head of Production Line to ensure production, booking and delivery of products according to Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. You will continuously benchmark and improve processes to set and maintain a World Class manufacturing setup and you will have responsibility for about 150 Blue Collar and White Collar employees. What are my responsibilities? · Responsible for production according to load plan. Responsible for creating and fulfilling the financial budget for the given production area in Brande. Responsible for achieving KPIs as per the plant, product and local department scorecards · Foster Continuous Improvement within area of responsibility and deliver Lean Roadmap · Manage direct and indirect employees, secure employee development and satisfaction, build up needed competences by training and education · Work, manage and lead in accordance with Zero Harm Programme · Ensure weekly/Monthly KPI reporting on agreed performance, and highlight/escalate any risks whenever necessary · Ensure effective and efficient New Product Introduction What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have 15+ years of experience in various industries and experience in the Wind Power Industry will be seen an advantage · You have 10+ year of experience within production related functions and/or project management with a highly technical focus · You have experience with disciplinary/functional management of large teams of more than 100 employees · You hold proven experience in a multicultural environment · You are fluent in English, both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
