Job Description

Danfoss is looking for a Head of Program Management Office (PMO) for our Digital Customer Experience (DCE) program, which is a corporate, strategic program in Danfoss to transform our current customer touchpoints. The aim of the Program is to provide solutions that allow our customers to perceive Danfoss as fast/agile/resilient, relevant and easy to do business with. The DCE Program consists of more than 25 different projects and 150 people touching upon a number of Danfoss’ strategic business platforms. With report to the Head of the DCE Program, the Head of PMO will ensure that the necessary methods and artefacts are in place to be able to deliver the Program and the projects inside the program in an efficient way.
 
The responsibilities will be:

• Keep the strategic overview of the program and its interdependencies
• Establish consistent practices and standards to ensure quality control of the deliverables
• Track budget and financial status
• Risk and issue tracking 

The DCE program is primarily run out of Nordborg but working out of other Danfoss locations is possible. The candidate is expected 3-4 days onsite in Nordborg per week and there will be travel activity (20-30 days a year).
 
Background and skills
To be considered for this position, you must have more than 5 years of documented Program Management experience of large transformation programs with global coverage, documented Project Management experience as well as solid people leadership skills.
 
Furthermore, to be successful in this position you need to: 

• Have the ability to drive the setup of a PMO in a matrix-lead organization
• Define, implement and ensure the adaption of necessary program artefacts in the DCE Program Organization
• Have experience in running a Program Portfolio consisting of projects with different delivery methods (Waterfall, Agile, DevOps).
• Have a good understanding of Digital Customer Experience processes E2E
• Ensure a good and efficient collaboration between the stakeholders both inside and outside of the DCE Program
• Fluency in English
