About the department As Head of Regulatory Intelligence you will be part of Regulatory Affairs Strategic Development and be in charge of supplying the global Regulatory Affairs (RA) organisation and other key stakeholders with Regulatory Intelligence. The job A key part of the job is to manage the HQ Regulatory Intelligence Group (4 people) as well as drive and continuously improve the processes around collecting, analysing and communicating regulatory trends and requirements and their impact on Novo Nordisk. This includes ensuring analysis of relevant regulatory topics and global trends and communicating them to regions/business areas worldwide as well as to the product and project teams in Regulatory Affairs Head Quarters. You will be supporting and collaborating with internal stakeholders beyond Regulatory Affairs to streamline and optimise Regulatory Intelligence deliverables in alignment with the business needs. Furthermore, you will be a member of the RA Strategic Development management team and you will chair the Regulatory Intelligence Newsletter Editorial Board. Representing Novo Nordisk in various fora (trade associations, workshops, meetings with regulators, etc.) is another integral part of the job and together with the Policy group you drive cross functional analyses and sessions addressing evolving new requirements that may become relevant to Novo Nordisk. Qualifications You have a master’s degree within life science plus several years of regulatory experience from the pharma industry or regulatory agency and you are experienced in working across regions and cultures. Additionally, you demonstrate excellent presentation skills with a track record as successfully having executed on Regulatory Intelligence or similar deliverables. Excellent communication skills in English are expected. Project management or managerial experience is an advantage along with a strategic and global mindset where you enjoy motivating others also during times of change.We expect a professional attitude, sound judgment skills, networking skills with the ability to see the big picture without losing track of details.
