Airtame is looking for a Head of Sales, EU to steer our ambitious growth and long-term aspiration as the world’s preferred wireless screen sharing solution.

You'll be responsible for driving sales, building our sales strategy for the European market together with our Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and support the sales team to achieve great results. This takes structure, sales management and commercial understanding, including an ability to lead and motivate the best sales team in Copenhagen. You will be reporting to our CSO, based in Copenhagen HQ.

Tasks

  • Create and maintain direction for our team of account managers.
  • Identify key areas of the sales process that can be improved and implement changes to this.
  • Define individual sales metrics for account managers and coach them on how to succeed with these.
  • Drive revenue by incentivizing and accelerating our wholesale channel.
  • Make sure we keep a healthy and growing pipeline of deals.
  • Find and hire the best sales colleagues in the area.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience leading a sales team and scaling a business internationally.
  • Strongly driven by sales metrics.
  • Killing it with B2B sales and have a thirst for closing deals.
  • Tech-savvy and excited about the future of technology trends.
  • Ready to take on the challenge of driving millions of € in revenue.
