Product Management, Service & Solutions Product Management drives the Vestas Product Market Strategy for all commercial offerings, including turbine products and Service & Solution offerings. As part of this Product Management drives the Service & Solutions roadmap that are profitable for Vestas and lives up to the most demanding customer needs. This is a critical for Vestas in order to maintain the leadership position. In everything we do we have a commercial approach, i.e. we create value for our customers and for Vestas. Service & Solutions Product Management has the commercial lead and management of service and solution offerings, including maintenance offerings. We are accountable for the establishment, review and quality of business plans for service & maintenance product development and for the daily management of the offerings. One of the key objectives is to secure that new service solutions are brought to market in a professional way.. We work in a global organisation and corporate with many stakeholders across Vestas e.g Global Service and Sales Management, Regional Service Execution, Technical Sales Support and Legal.. Responsibilities: You are member of a Vestas Product Management leadership team, and leader of Product Management Service & Solution department, which has the global product management responsibility of Service and Solutions in Vestas. You will primarily be working with: Daily leadership of five highly qualified Service & Solution Product Managers Leading the Service & Solutions offerings through the entire product life cycle Take an proactive role in the continued development of Vestas service business Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan for successful launch of new offerings Participate in the interpretation of market, customer trends and implications of the Vestas service strategy Be member of steering committee in the service & maintenance product roadmaps development Contribute to the continuous development of the service value proposition Participate and contribute to targeted market and competitor analyses Analyse and document market and customer requirements Give input and recommendation on commercial risk taking and contractual conditions in relation to large service & offerings contracts Follow up and take actions based on the commercial life cycle performance Support the development of sales tools to enable sales and optimal selection of the right service & maintenance offering for specific wind power projects Support and review relevant service & maintenance related technical sales/market documentation Qualifications: You hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc or an MBA - either in Engineering combined with a commercial education or relevant commercial experience – or in Business/Economics combined with a technical education or relevant technical experience Your experiences: 5+ years of leadership experience from an international product management position ideally within Service & Solutions Proven success in a business-to-business product management leadership role Solid experience working on services within complex, long-lived, capital intensive products like the wind industry, or related industries Commercial experience and mindset Experience from managing business transition Proven leadership experience Excellent communication skills Fluent English – oral and written.
