You will have responsibility for facilitating all strategic programmes within the Heating Solution division including M&A and drive management consultancy for the HS divisional management team. You will report directly to the VP Finance and are offered a unique opportunity to apply your exhaustive strategic capabilities on a global scale and impact HS’ growth strategy. Lead and develop the future strategic programs As Head of Strategic Program Office, your mission is to facilitate our perspective and BRM processes, with focus on profitable growth strategies (organically as well as M&A) and follow up on strategic execution, must-win battles and operational execution. You act as a key player who acquires new and relevant knowledge about our business environment, industry, competitors, technology, regulatory and environmental trends that are influencing our business with opportunities and risks. As such, you synthesise findings into our strategic framework and quantitative models that are informing and guide our decision making. With your great communication skills and strategic capabilities, we furthermore rely on you to develop and communicate strategic insight and you challenge the HS team and secure better informant management decisions aligning their global growth strategies. Your success in this position depends on your ability to work closely with business leaders in order to facilitate and translate strategic plans into financial plans, projects and supporting actions linked together with associated KPI’s to monitor progress. Furthermore, you are to ensure a clear link to the planning processes in the businesses, geographies and functions throughout the division. Substantial strategic experience, business acumen, leadership and persistence You hold an executive MBA/MSc degree – focusing on business and strategy, backed by substantial experience within strategy execution. Your experience has been shaped by working in an enterprise and/or an international management consultancy. Your strategic thinking and, most importantly, your ability to transform strategies into actions is the key in order to perform in this position. You are capable of leading M&A processes and you have the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely to multiple audiences. You inspire people around you and clearly communicate visions and direction. You know how to navigate in cross-cultural organisations, and your natural authority enables you to handle heavy pressure and requirements from multiple key stakeholders.
