Grundfos has management systems for quality as well as for environment, health and safety. Currently, these systems are running in three different departments, but many processes are shared. Now, we are aiming to create synergy between the processes of the three departments. Thus, we need a single point-of-contact to handle our multisite management system and certificate across departments. You refer to Group Sustainability Manager, Karen Touborg. “As our new Team Leader, you will form a team of 6 colleagues from the three departments, Group Sustainability, Group Quality Product Development and Group Quality. You do not have any directs reports in this team but will instead act as the driver of the team efforts, building the team up to be our new Multisite Certification team,” Karen explains. Hvad drejer jobbet sig om? In this job, you are responsible for improving the way we drive our management system. A central part here is forming your team and making sure the processes in the team are described, optimised and cleared with relevant stakeholders. You prioritise tasks, follow up, report to management and spot opportunities for improvement, which you then initiate. Thus, you are the one with the overview while your team members still report to the Managers of their respective departments. You will also be the driver of processes. Part of driving the processes includes making a management review once a year. Two Project Managers in your team receive input from the organisation, and it is then your responsibility to make sure one joint report is made along with recommendations. Finally, you drive processes on GMA audit, which is an internal audit of our global Group functions. Furthermore, the ISO standards for QEHS are currently under review. After the review, you make sure new requirements are implemented in our processes. Finally, you have tasks directly towards the Group Sustainability department. Where you drive the group chemical management process and health & safety management process according to plan. “Your challenge is to coordinate and maintain an overview. You need to support the project managers in initiating changes and make sure they are completed successfully, which requires your ability to prioritise and focus. Carrying out these changes may meet some resistance in the organisation. So you need to have the capabilities of a change agent to give just the right arguments as to why these changes need to happen, and at the same time you need to make sure the end result is achieved” Karen says. Hvad skal der til for at ansøge? You have both project and process management experience. Moreover, you have experience auditing ISO standards (14001, 9001) and/or OHSAS 18001. It is an advantage if you have already worked with management systems preferably in a multisite certificate on a global scale. You speak and write English fluently. “As a person, you possess excellent communication and networking skills as you will work with many stakeholders. You know how to drive things and make your colleagues follow your example so you exhibit great leadership skills while also making sure you see things through.
