Create and maintain second to none global hosting environment You will join Corporate IT Technology Hosting, where you will engage network, security and architects to build fully resilient IT solutions. As Hosting Solutions Manager, Infrastructure & Security, you: Take charge of delivering rock solid operations of the LEGO IT Platforms at all times as well as ensuring great End User Experience globally Are responsible for the LEGO Enterprise Platform infrastructure operations, which includes managing virtual platforms, OS management for a variety of platforms (among other Microsoft, VMWare, Citrix, Linux) as well as security and network appliances like LAN, IDS/IPS, firewall, SIEM etc. Lead a team of 8-10 seasoned technicians - IT-professionals who have deeply specialised knowledge on hosting solutions and virtual platforms related to Infrastructure Architecture Use your profound technical knowledge to discuss the different solutions with your team, so they know how to deliver fully-functional, secure solutions that are on the frontier of IT-architecture Tactical deliver on both business and internal IT projects by developing the LEGO Enterprise Platform, building new security solutions and processes globally and being a strong voice and leader on Infrastructure Architecture. Strategic on-going sparring on a larger perspective regarding the global IT environment with the Hosting Director Mastery of Enterprise technology architecture with experience with hosting solutions Make your creativity count You join a team that is fully focused on delivering performance by getting things done to the highest possible quality, while never compromising on security. Experienced IT-Professional In this position you are met by three challenges: to develop and host a platform that delivers on User Experience from China to the US; to provide a platform that offers security from the datacentre all the way to the end user; and to secure availability always. In order to succeed, you: Hold a master´s degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering or similar Can exhibit 5+ years of experience and proven results within the functional area of hosting solutions and it is a plus if you have some people leadership experience Have strong analytical skills, are persistent and consistently curious.
