For our Danish HR front office (AskHR) located in Brande, we are looking for an extremely service-minded and competent HR Advisor to provide and execute administrative HR services to managers and employees across the business. Our services include administrative support ranging from i.e. maintenance of employee information in HR IT systems, payroll administration, compensation and benefit transactions, training administration, global mobility and travel expenses to providing support to HR IT application. You will be joining a dedicated and enthusiastic team of five experts focusing on providing excellent first level customer service in accordance with our regulations and guidelines. What are my responsibilities? · Being single point of contact regarding administrative HR support to our internal customers i.e. managers and employees · Handling telephone calls or queries via emails and maintaining the communication with the customer until the request has been solved · Preparing documentation for further processing · Promoting and encouraging self-service capabilities by coaching and advising the customers about the tools and guidelines available on our intranet · Contributing to continuous improvement processes in order to develop the quality and speed of our deliverables What do I need to qualify for this job? · An academic educational background within Business Administration (e.g. M.Sc. HRM) combined with a minimum +2 years of relevant work experience · A strong interest in HR and expert level knowledge of HR business policies, procedures and processes and familiar with the entire employee life cycle · We expect you to be able to understand and advise on the relevant parts of Danish labor laws · You are an advanced user of MS Office. Experience working with SAP HR or other HR IT programs will be considered an advantage. · You have excellent communication skills in Danish and English both orally and in writing · As a person, you are friendly and outgoing and thrive in a fast paced environment being a dedicated team-player with excellent interpersonal skills · You are committed to accommodating the customer’s needs and providing excellent customer service · It is also important that you have a structured and detail-oriented approach to your tasks In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
