As HR Business Intelligence Advisor in Maersk Drilling, you will be responsible for further development of our HR analytics and support data driven decision making in the department and amongst relevant business leaders. We Offer Maersk Drilling is looking for a new HR Business Intelligence Advisor for the HR function. Taking up the position your primary responsibility will be to anchor and develop data metrics and analyses for various purposes within the HR area. Moreover, you will play a key role in the collaboration and co-creation with both Maersk Drilling IT and the Maersk Group HRIT team. It is imperative for success in the position that you quickly develop a good understanding of HR’s role and value add to the business. Moreover, you understand the significance of data metrics and can translate these into impactful recommendations, which support the customer value of various HR initiatives. The role as HR Business Intelligence Advisor is anchored in the Organisational Development team in HR and reports into the Head of Organisational Development. You will therefore also get the opportunity to participate in various strategic HR projects together with your team colleagues. You will become part of a large HR community consisting of 50 HR professionals in Maersk Drilling and also get the chance to network and collaborate with colleagues working in other business units in the A.P. Key Responsibilities As HR Business Intelligence Advisor your key responsibilities will include: •Setting the overall direction for Maersk Drilling’s HR BI framework and infrastructure in collaboration with the HR leadership team, and relevant IT functions •Support and drive data based decision making in HR •Developing impactful HR metrics •Set-up analytics for workforce planning •Facilitate cost focus and efficiency drive by means of data In addition, you will take part in ad hoc project work, such as strategic HR development, business optimization and performance management initiatives. Who we are looking for We expect that our new colleague is a team player with good analytical skills and a strategic mindset. You take on a business perspective and are able to translate business needs into HR analytics, tools and processes. As a person, you have a proactive approach and possess excellent stakeholder management skills and are able to navigate in a work area that is impacted by many diverse interests. You have an understanding of statistics and can take a critical approach to data and statistical findings, while at the same communicate the findings with non-specialist terms and bridge the gaps in between. You are proficient within excel and preferably power pivot and power view. Furthermore, you are an experienced project manager. We are looking for a candidate with experience from a similar position or with a consultancy background. You hold a master’s degree and have minimum 3-5 years of experience within analytics/BI or data science.
