GN Store Nord Ballerup - Denmark Published: June 11, 2014 The Human Resource department Group HR consists of 20 highly professional HR people and supports all business units of GN globally. The team is responsible for implementing the global HR strategy as well as developing and implementing global and local HR initiatives. The team has a partner structure with HR Business Partners supporting different business areas, a team of Compensation & Benefits colleagues, a team of Talent and Development colleagues as well as a HR Support team. To strengthen our HR Partner team and to support several business units in Jabra, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner. The job The HR Partner supports business unit leaders and their management teams, acts as consultant and trusted advisor for the managers and will be the direct operational HR person for all HR activities in the business unit. You will be hands on when it comes to: recruiting, integration of employees, retention, competence mapping and development, performance management, salary and compensation and people transition management. You also support managers in planning and executing team activities, deploying GN people processes, utilizing people management tools and HR policies, as well as actively coaching managers on people and organizational issues. The job entails a great deal of freedom to plan and execute your own work, so the candidate must continually be able to plan and prioritize efforts and deliver measurable results. The work environment is international, very fast paced and demanding, so high work capacity, ability to keep an overview and work under pressure are crucial enablers in this job. You will be based in our office in Ballerup in the Greater Copenhagen area. The ideal candidate The ideal candidate for the job has a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or similar. In addition, you have at least 5 years experience as an HR Business Partner from an international environment. You probably have a good deal of experience supporting a fast growing organization within all relevant HR disciplines. Having worked with change management, psychometric tools, compensations and benefits as well as people development will be valued. You are responsive and responsible, very hands-on, a good communicator, fact based and with a strong sense of urgency. You are fluent in English.
