Working as HR Partner you will be involved in facilitative HR support as well as execution of annual HR processes and strategic initiatives. You will be part of a strong and engaged HR Partner team in a global, fast-paced business environment offering unique personal growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities As HR Partner you will be engaging with both onshore and offshore leaders and be involved in a wide variety of tasks that require strong project management skills. More specifically you can expect to: . Act as day-to-day sparring partner for senior leaders in Lyngby and on locations worldwide . Assist in developing the leadership skills of our managers and advice and guide them on HR matters . Develop business acumen and the ability to influence the delivery of business plans . Be involved in project related HR tasks in connection with start up of new contracts . Drive and facilitate annual HR processes As HR Partner you will primarily learn through on-the-job training and hands-on responsibility, combined with course activity where appropriate.
