Devote your time to something you really care about As HR Business Partner in Corporate IT in Billund, Denmark, you will join an organisation with a global presence. You will be part of the HR team that supports Corporate IT in driving the people, culture and capability agenda, and you will be reporting to the Head of HR for Corporate IT. You will cover the full employee life cycle and support the business in a broad range of organisational development and change management matters. As such, you will have a wide variety of tasks, and you will: Be the go-to person and trusted partner for two Vice Presidents/Senior Directors and their respective areas, including the leaders in that part of the organisation Be supporting our leaders in maximizing the deployment and impact of our HR core processes and ensure execution excellence in the way we deliver HR core processes to the business Support our strong focus on leadership development Make sure the LEGO Values and DNA are anchored in our activities when acting as a single point of contact on the people, culture and capability agenda Help us reach our ambitious goals When joining the LEGO Group, you are trusted to make decisions, do what is right and get things done at the highest possible quality. A true HR Business Partner who can turn strategy into action You have already demonstrated that you can navigate smoothly between decision-makers at every level of a large organisation. In addition, you are a good networker with a keen interest in people, business and organisation. Finally, you have the ability to see the organisation from an outside-in perspective, and you are curious to understand the needs of the business and respond to these by connecting internal actions with outside expectations.
