You will: Be a trusted sparring partner and advisor for the leaders Deploy our HR core processes from A to Z and ensure execution excellence in the way we deliver HR core processes to the business Support our strong focus on leadership development and capability building Coordinate Stewardship activities across the LEGO Group with focus on training, learning, communication and change management, and helping process owners to integrate Stewardship Provide input for decision-making Make sure the LEGO values and DNA are anchored in our activities You will cover the full employee life cycle and support the business in terms of organisational development and change management. As such, you will have a wide variety of tasks primary at tactical and operational level.
