For our HR Partnering team in Denmark we are looking for a dynamic and performance-orientated HR Business Partner to support the business area in Siemens Wind Power A/S in Vejle and Brande. The HR Partnering team is responsible for the execution and implementation of a variety of HR tasks covering the entire HR Lifecycle. As HR Business Partner you will be part of a highly dedicated team consisting of 16 Business Partners who are allocated to business entities across all Denmark. The team is working closely together with the Global Shared Services organization in Denmark and with HR Specialists providing consulting services within the areas Recruiting, Legal, Compensation & Benefit and Talent Management. What are my responsibilities? • Being responsible for supporting business areas in HR-related matters, being key account responsible for defined HR services as well as ensuring high-quality delivery. • Being the HR Partner for a local management team as well as ”first point of contact” for managers, employees and shop stewards in all HR-related matters. • Being a driver and facilitator for change management processes - acting as HR ambassador/facilitator. • Being a driver and facilitator for performance reviews, employee development, successor planning, development dialogues, workforce reductions and other relevant HR-related development tasks. What do I need to qualify for this job? • You have an educational background within organization, strategy or leadership, combined with relevant work experience from similar positions. • You have technical flair, and you are product-orientated with a strong focus on the business. • You have a very good understanding of the key processes within the traditional HR area, including legal issues. • As a person you are proactive and have good presentation skills enabling you to communicate on all levels in an organization and creating new relations is a natural part of your personality. • You are proactive and self-determined, you possess strong decision-making skills and you are used to working in a multicultural environment. • As a person you are independent and proactive, and you have a structured and quality-oriented approach to your assignments. • You are a dedicated team player with the ability to work and navigate in a dynamic and international environment with many interfaces. • You are an advanced user of Excel and Power Point. • You are an excellent and persuasive communicator and fluent in both spoken and written English.
